Problem
The current Bank Indonesia mobile application lacks an intuitive information structure, responsive UI/UX design, and seamless alignment between user needs and available features. These issues result in a suboptimal user experience, making it difficult for users to access financial information efficiently.
Solution
By conducting in-depth UX research, including stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis, I developed a modern, user-centric design approach. The solution involved creating structured wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs optimized for both iOS and Android. Additionally, design testing was conducted before development to ensure an intuitive user experience and better feature alignment with user needs.
